Delphy's Slider Hack

Ok, I've heard soooo much about this hack, but I can't seem to find a version that actually works or find a version at all.
The threads on MTS are gone or locked or something, so I can't access it and download the sliderhack (which I need really bad... lol)
Do you have any suggestions? And is the sliderhack worth it?

Nahh, I mean the headthing. Haha. The one that allows you to make the Sims look more real, if you know what I mean?

Alas, i think he has deleted it. It's possible, it would've been a drag to update it with the amount of patches there are for the game.
